How Do I Access My Courses And Downloads?

You need to register with your details to make any purchases, and this will create an account for you here on the site. All your course and download purchases (including free courses) can then be found and accessed by logging in to your My Account area. Simply click on the course title to begin your lessons!

What About My Card Interpretation Reports?

Any Card Interpretation Reports you order are NOT stored on-site or in your account. Once you have emailed your layout and the report has been completed, you will receive it in your email inbox from me in response as a PDF for you to save your end.

Account Log in/Password Issues

If you’ve forgotten or lost your original password, you can reset it by clicking on the Lost Your Password? link when you try to log on. You will then be emailed an automatic link for reset.

If you cannot find the email generated by the system (be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders first, please!), you may contact me direct on Lozzy@lozzyslenormand.com to reset manually for you if you have an account here. I will normally be able to get back to you within 24 hours, and usually much quicker.

Do bear in mind Lozzy’s Lenormand is a personal, single-person, genuinely labour of love operation. I do have IT support but am not a “team”, IT, marketing or otherwise, and will always do my best to help!
